Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 august 2017, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him/her care of irdi legal, [contact details redacted] 6007 by 29 december 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
