At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 19 May 2026, pursuant to section 344C(2) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911, Council adopted the Health Local Law fees contained within the Shire of Ashburton Fees and Charges 2026–2027. The Shire of Ashburton gives notice of its intention to implement these fees from 10 August 2026.
