I, Alex Lyon, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 1 July 2026 determined that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Ashburton as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land.
