I, Francis Logan, the Minister administering the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998, hereby determine the following matters for the 2018/19 levy year pursuant to section 36H(3) of the Act, after the required consultation under section 36H(4)โ 1. The following Mining Tenement types (as classified by the Valuer-General) shall be levied a fixed charge of $82.00 in the 2018/19 levy year by each local government in whose district that tenement or a portion of that tenement is located.
