These regulations amend the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Regulations 2011. Updates the definition of relevant plan for Armadale, Central Perth and Subiaco redevelopment areas. Inserts regulation 14B regarding saving of rights where land removed from redevelopment area. Replaces Schedules 1, 2 and 4.
