On 22 April 2024 under section 26(1) of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011 (the Act), the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority resolved to establish the Bentley Land Redevelopment Committee in respect of the Bentley Redevelopment Area following the declaration of that area in regulations made under section 30 of the Act.
