Racing and Wagering Western Australia made this notice under section 61 of the Act. It relates to rules adopted under section 61 of the Act, specifically amendments to rules relating to a jointly operated fixed odds wagering system. Further amendments to the Rules were adopted by resolution of the Board dated 26 November 2018 and are published in the Schedule to this notice for public information.
