This order, made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014, designates the mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 as Authorised Mental Health Practitioners. Clauses 1 and 2 come into operation on the day of publication in the Gazette, and clause 3 on the day after.
