It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission has certified and recommended that Improvement Plan No. 59: Ellenbrook Station Precinct be made the subject of the land described. The purpose of this improvement plan is to enable the Western Australian Planning Commission to undertake all steps to advance the planning and development of the Ellenbrook Station Precinct Area. The recommendation has been accepted by the Minister for Planning and the Governor.
