Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:15pm on saturday 10th november 2018—jurien bay. Area of closure: All the waters within a 100 metre radius of the firing point located at the end of the jurien bay jetty at approximately 30° 18.099′s, 115° 2.148′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
