Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:15pm on saturday 11th november 2017. Jurien bay area of closure:—all the waters within a 100 metre radius of the firing point located at the end of the jurien bay jetty at approximately 30°18.099´s, 115°2.148´e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
