Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 november 2021, are required by the executor, care of wa property lawyers, 48 outram street, west perth, wa, 6005, telephone: (08) 9380 3600, facsimile: (08) 9322 1112 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
