Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 july 2020, are required by the executor, care of wa property lawyers, 96 outram street, west perth, wa, 6005, telephone: (08) 9380 3600, facsimile: (08) 9322 1112 to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
