It is hereby noted for public information that James Andrews, Scott Simeons, Francisco Salgado Talancon have been appointed by Council as Authorised Person of the City of South Perth pursuant to various sections of the Local Government Act 1995, Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960, and other acts.
