Revokes previous delegations and delegates powers, functions and duties under the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 and associated regulations to specified employees of the Department of Mines and Petroleum holding identified positions. This instrument does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers. None of the delegated powers can be further delegated.
