It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following local law made under the waste avoidance and resource recovery act 2007 and the local government act 1995—the shire of chittering waste local law 2017 published in the gazette on 23 march 2017 and tabled in the legislative council on 17 may 2017. Disallowance is effective on and from thursday, 9 november 2017.
