It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Chittering Local Planning Scheme No. 6 on 6 February 2026 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lots M1456 (3488) and Lot 50 Great Northern Highway, Muchea from ‘Agricultural Resource’ zone to the ‘General Industry’ zone and amend the scheme map accordingly.
