I, alistair jones, in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate to the holder for the time being of the office of (a) geospatial and data services manager, enterprise data and architecture; and (b) executive director, assurance; both of the department of water and environmental regulation all my powers and duties under section 116b of the act, other than this power of delegation.
