This is the first and final notice to owners and/or occupiers of all land within the City of Rockingham, requiring them to carry out fire prevention works on their property by 16 November 2026 and maintain them through to 31 May 2027, pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Failure to comply may result in the City carrying out the works and recovering costs, and a penalty of up to $5000.
