I, Jared Andrew Barnett, A/Executive Director Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 16 July 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 27 July 2012 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 15 July 2028.
