Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder) Christmas Variation Order 2020. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open on Saturday 26 December 2020 from 9.00am until 2.00pm.
