Notice is hereby given that the Western Australian Planning Commission on 29 November 2016 passed the following resolution— that the Western Australian Planning Commission, in pursuance of section 122a and 122b of the planning and development act 2005 (as amended), prepare an improvement scheme authorised under improvement plan no. 44: maitland strategic industrial area, with reference to an area situated wholly within the city of karratha and subject to improvement plan no. 44: maitland strategic industrial area.
