Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice TR404 as published on 18 april 2000 and close waters to all vessels within the following area—glen mervyn dam: all the waters of glen mervyn dam contained within an area bounded on the south by the dam head to a point on the western foreshore 250 metres north of the dam head; thence extending across the dam to a point on the eastern foreshore 300 metres north of the dam head; thence extending across the dam to a point on the foreshore for a distance of 250 metres. Providing however that this closure does not apply to all water corporation vessels or any western australian government vessels.
