Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby cancel notice mx402 as published on 30 september 2005 and close waters to motorised vessels within the following area— drakesbrook dam: All of the waters of drakesbrook dam. Providing however that this closure does not apply to all water corporation vessels, all western australian government vessels or vessels solely propelled by an electric motor.
