The legal costs committee has complied with the notice provisions of section 278 of the act. Before making the legal profession (supreme and district courts) (contentious business) determination 2018, the legal costs committee reviewed submissions and considered the impact of section 15l civil liability act and changes in relevant australian bureau of statistics data.
