Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of Julia Bornatici also known as Julie Amy Bornatici late of 21 Hamilton Road Eaton who died on 23 March 2025 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executors of the Estate of Julia Bornatici (deceased) care of Young & Young 5 Spencer Street Bunbury within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
