These regulations are the Local Government (Functions and General) Amendment Regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the Community Titles Act 2018 section 187 comes into operation. These regulations amend the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
