These regulations amend the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996. Regulation 11A(1) is amended to change '$150 000' to '$250 000'. Regulation 11(2)(h)(i)(II) is amended to include a person registered with the Australian Indigenous Minority Supplier Office Limited (trading as Supply Nation) ABN 50 134 720 362.
