The council of the Shire of Waroona resolved on 25 February 2020 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the Shire of Waroona Meeting Procedures Local Law 2020. The purpose of this local law is to provide the rules for the conduct of meetings of the council and its committees.
