Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 22 December 2015 and set aside the following area of water for the purpose of water skiing— Waroona Dam: Whilst the official water level is equal to or higher than 206 metres above the Australian Height Datum as published by the Water Corporation of Western Australia— All those waters of Waroona Dam (Lake Navarino) south of a line through [coordinates]...
