Pursuant to powers under section 17(6) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the prohibited burning times for the Shire of Esperance (as varied) are hereby shortened by a period of seven days from 28 February 2020 to 21 February 2020.

Requires landowners in the Shire of Esperance to comply with bush fire prevention measures between October 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
