Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel Notice MA402 as published in the Government Gazette on 29 November 2019 and hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the specified areas of Esperance Bay.
