Notice to owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Broome to clear fire breaks and remove flammable material by 15th May 2021, and maintain them until 31st December 2021, as per Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Details specific requirements for rural/pastoral and town site land. Restricted burning period is between 1st April 2021 and 31st December 2021. Penalties apply for non-compliance.
