Exempts 47 rail transport operators from complying with section 114 of the Rail Safety National Law, subject to conditions including compliance where reasonably practicable, application only to periodic health assessments, risk assessment for affected workers, documentation of change management, and no transfer of exemption. Exemption ceases three months after publication.
