Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the late Ramona Tewes, late of [contact details redacted] 11th March 2020, are required by the executor Edgar William Hatton to send particulars of their claims to him at the estate of Ramona Tewes, [contact details redacted], within one month of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice and the executor will not be liable to any person whose claim he has had no notice at the time of the distribution.
