The fes commissioner is the prescribed hazard management agency for emergency management for the hazard of cyclone. I, craig waters, a/fes commissioner, as the hma do hereby declare an emergency situation in respect of the tropical cyclone seroja. The area of the state to which the emergency situation declaration applies is— shire of chapman valley, city of greater geraldton, shire of irwin, shire of northampton, and shire of shark bay.
