Christopher John Dawson, State Emergency Coordinator, extends the emergency situation declaration made on 9 April 2021 at 15.45 hrs, in respect to the Tropical Cyclone Seroja. The area includes Shire of Chapman Valley, City of Greater Geraldton, Shire of Irwin, Shire of Northampton, and Shire of Shark Bay. The declaration is extended for 7 days, effective from 16.00 hrs, 12 April 2021, until 16.00 hrs 19 April 2021, or revoked under section 53 of the Emergency Management Act 2005.
