The fes commissioner is the prescribed hazard management agency for emergency management for fire. I, craig waters, deputy commissioner, operations of the department of fire and emergency services, as a delegate acting for the hma do hereby declare an emergency situation in respect of the wooroloo bushfire. The areas of the state to which the emergency situation declaration applies are— the shire of mundaring and the city of swan.
