Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died 4 june 2020 are required by the trustees to send particulars of their claims to the trustees at the office of their solicitor crystal lawyers, [contact details redacted] 30 september 2020, after that date the trustees will convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
