PL403 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 APPROVED LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme No. 4 Amendment No. 307 File: TPS/3278 It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 13 January 2026 for the purpose of— 1. Rezone portions of Lot 1 Napier Road, Oakley to ‘Rural’ and ‘Industry’ consistent with the corresponding Rural and Industrial zones under the Peel Region Scheme. 2. Amend the scheme maps accordingly.
