Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Mines and Petroleum Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2019. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2019. Part 2 — Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007. 4. Regulation 149 amended In regulation 149(1)(e)(ii) delete “$39.00.” and insert: $41.00. 5. Regulation 179A amended In regulation 179A(4) delete “$39.00.” and insert: $41.00. 6.
