These regulations are the occupational safety and health amendment regulations (no. 2) 2019. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal; the rest when the transport (road passenger services) act 2018 part 6 comes into operation. These regulations amend the occupational safety and health regulations 1996. Regulation 3.130 is amended regarding the definition of commercial vehicle.
