It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Jerramungup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 7 September 2018 for the purpose of rezoning Part Lot 501 Plan 73997 South Coast Highway Jerramungup from a ‘Rural’ zone to ‘Special Use Zone No. 10’ and modifying Schedule 4 Special Use Zones to include provisions for Special Use Zone No. 10.
