It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Jerramungup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 25 June 2018 for the purpose of inserting an additional objective for the Service Commercial Zone, introducing a sub-clause, changing the permissibly of the use ‘shop’ in the Service Commercial Zone, rezoning various lots in Bremer Bay, deleting Additional Use (A1) zoning, and inserting SU11 zone provisions.
