Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 27 september 2024 are required by the executors, coral laurraine pengelly and cheryl marie woods to send the particulars of their claim to bd legal services, [contact details redacted] (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
