Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 23 may 2025 are required by the executor, bradley dean ferguson of bd legal services, to send the particulars of their claim to [contact details redacted] (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
