You were given notice on 8 november 2016, that the following goods: converted diamond 30’ sailing yacht, timer construction with cabin on jinker, in poor condition was ready for redelivery. Unless not more than one month after the date of giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for the redelivery, koombana bay sailing club, anchorage cove, bunbury, bailee, intends making application to the court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of the yacht and jinker in accordance with the act
