Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 february 2017, are required by the trustee of the late kenneth barry stickland, c/- denmark legal, 55 strickland street, denmark, western australia 6333, to send particulars of their claims to it by the 1st day of august 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
