Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 August 2025, are required by the personal representative, Christine Landi Roberts, c/- Level 25, [contact details redacted] 6000, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 18th day of May 2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
