In the matter of the estate of Lee Abel Olsen late of 32 Wallawa Street, Wanneroo in the State of Western Australia, Roof Carpenter, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 September 2010, are required by the administrators of the estate, Sarah Marie Olsen, Sandra Erica Olsen and John Lee Olsen to send particulars of their claims to them by the 1 August 2023, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
